1. Services Provided

SoulGuide provides life coaching services through one-on-one sessions conducted via phone or video call. These services are designed to help clients gain clarity, develop strategies, and navigate personal challenges.

2. Not a Substitute for Professional Care

Important: SoulGuide coaching services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. Warren is not a licensed therapist, counselor, or mental health professional.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts, or any condition requiring professional medical attention, please contact:

3. Payment and Refunds

Sessions are priced at $35 for a 30-minute coaching session. Payment is due at the time of booking.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your session for any reason, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of your session. No questions asked.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

After payment, you will receive instructions to schedule your session at a mutually convenient time. Most sessions are scheduled within 48 hours of booking.

If you need to reschedule or cancel your session, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) may not be eligible for refund.

5. Confidentiality

All information shared during coaching sessions is kept strictly confidential. I will not share your personal information or session content with anyone without your explicit permission, except:

• When required by law
• If there is an imminent risk of harm to yourself or others
• If you provide written permission to share specific information

6. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Be honest and open during sessions to get the most value
• Take responsibility for your own decisions and actions
• Seek appropriate professional help if you need medical or psychological care
• Treat the coach with respect during sessions

7. Coach Responsibilities

As your coach, I commit to:

• Provide honest, thoughtful guidance to the best of my ability
• Maintain confidentiality as outlined above
• Be punctual and present for scheduled sessions
• Refer you to appropriate professionals if your needs exceed coaching scope

8. Limitation of Liability

You acknowledge that coaching is not a regulated profession and that results may vary. By booking a session, you agree that SoulGuide and Warren are not liable for any decisions you make or actions you take based on our coaching conversations.

9. Changes to Terms

These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. Continued use of SoulGuide services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
